We are recruiting experienced Forklift drivers to join a well-established agricultural business in Brigg (DN20). This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an Employer of Choice within a role that suits reliable, hands-on people for a business offering ongoing work and competitive pay rates.

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 6:00pm
  • Start date: 13th July 2026

Job description

As a forklift driver your role involves operating a counterbalance forklift within a busy agricultural and warehouse environment. You will be responsible for moving, loading, and unloading goods while supporting the day-to-day operation of the site. The position requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Operating a Counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
  • Loading and unloading products
  • Transporting goods around site
  • Assisting with general warehouse duties where required
  • Following all health & safety procedures

The successful candidate

To be considered for the position of Forklift driver you must:

  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential)
  • Previous forklift experience
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
