Administrator
Stafforce North Yorkshire Hub is currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a busy and professional business based on the outskirts of Scarborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality administration support. The successful candidate will play a key role in order processing, customer communication, and supporting the wider sales team.
Sales Administrator Role
As a Sales Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately entering and processing customer orders into the internal system
- Checking order details and ensuring all information is correct
- Liaising with customers and internal departments regarding orders and queries
- Providing day-to-day administration support to the sales team
- Updating and maintaining customer records and order information
- Monitoring order progress and communicating any delays or issues
- Preparing and maintaining relevant documentation and paperwork
- Responding professionally to email and telephone enquiries
- Ensuring all administration tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines
- Supporting the wider team with general office and administrative duties as required
We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Administrator who can manage multiple tasks effectively and communicate confidently with customers and colleagues.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in an Administrator, Sales Administrator, Order Processing or Customer Service role
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and computerised systems
- A professional and reliable approach to work
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience within sales administration, order processing, customer service, or a general Administrator position would be advantageous; however, full training will be provided.
