We are recruiting Production Operatives to join the Foundry Department of a busy manufacturing site in Billingham. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable candidates looking for an immediate start, ongoing work, and long-term opportunities.
The Role
- Working within the Foundry Department
- Pouring sand into moulds and castings
- Assisting with production and manufacturing processes
- General housekeeping and labouring duties
- Maintaining high standards of quality and safety
Shift Pattern & Pay Rates
- 6:00am - 2:00pm | £15.71 per hour
- 2:00pm - 10:00pm | £16.93 per hour
- 10:00pm - 6:00am | £17.60 per hour (includes shift premium)
What We're Looking For
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, or foundry environments desirable
- Ability to work rotating shifts including days, afternoons, and nights
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
- Good attention to detail
- Available for an immediate start
