We are currently recruiting an Assembly Operative to join a well-established blinds manufacturing company based in Shipley. This is a hands‑on role offering long‑term potential for the right candidate.
Duties
- Assembling blinds to specification
- Using hand tools and basic equipment
- Testing finished products
- Carrying out quality‑control (QC) checks
- Manual handling and general production tasks
Ideal candidate
- Experience working in a manufacturing or assembly environment (preferred)
- Confidence using hand tools
- Good attention to detail for testing and QC
- Ability to carry out manual work
- A reliable and punctual work ethic
