Our Client is looking for a Graduate to join the structures department for our Amersham office which offers excellent opportunities for career development with the growth of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Structural calculations
- Technical drawings in accordance with British Standard design codes, Eurocodes, Building Regulations and Network Rail standards either by hand or by using the appropriate design software for clients, external professionals and regulatory authorities.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure effective design and project delivery.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to support project monitoring and ensure that designs are being implemented correctly.
- Participate in the preparation of technical proposals and presentations for clients.
- Use industry-standard software to complete design work.
- Assist in managing project timelines and budgets.
About You:
- Degree Educated in Structural Engineering or related discipline
- Familiarity with proprietary design software.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Basic use of Microsoft Office and other administration software.
