Graduate Quantity Surveyor Location: Newcastle Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 Our Client is offering an opportunity to support the company in managing project costs from inception through to completion. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience on a variety of Projects, work closely with experienced professionals, and progress your Career in Quantity Surveying Main Duties: Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, Monitor project expenditures and assist in cost control Support the preparation and submission of interim valuations and final accounts Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather data and assess work progress Assist in managing variations and change orders Prepare reports and maintain accurate project documentationAbout you: Degree Educated in Quantity Surveying or a related Construction discipline Strong numeracy and analytical skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in MS Office; experience with cost management software is a plus A team player with a proactive attitude and keen eye for detailBenefits: Ongoing training and development opportunities Support with professional qualifications (e.g., RICS) A supportive working environment Opportunities to work on rewarding projects About Us We are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive community.
