Key Tasks:\\n\\nRunning a case load of client matters.\\nDealing with matters at all stages, from taking the client's initial instructions, applying for legal aid where appropriate, and advocacy in court.\\nDrafting statements, applications and other court pleadings.\\nDealing with new client enquiries.\\nProviding support to other fee earners in the family department.Key Skills:\\n\\nProfessional and friendly client care.\\nAbility to work accurately in accordance with procedures and processes.\\nAbility to deal with technical details and to express solutions to complex legal problems in a concise and client-friendly way.\\nAbility to present and argue a case orally in court and in writing.\\nGood spoken and written communication to deal with clients and other parties face to face, by telephone and in producing legal documents.\\nConfident IT skills.\\nAbility to learn quickly.\\nAbility to organise and prioritise work, under supervision, to meet clients' expectations and matter deadlines.\\nAbility to work under pressure.\\nAbility to work on own initiative as appropriate.\\nAbility to work as a member of a team.Experience: \\n\\n5 years + PQE however we can be flexible with this for the right candidate. \\n\\nAbout Us\\n\\nWe are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive community.
