The Role

We are seeking a driven and technically minded Graduate Aftersales Engineer to support our customers post-installation. This role focuses on ensuring optimal performance, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining strong client relationships through high-quality service and engineering expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers regarding installed systems
  • Assist with fault diagnosis, repairs, and maintenance activities
  • Work closely with senior engineers on aftersales projects and service visits
  • Support commissioning and upgrades of equipment where required
  • Prepare service reports and documentation
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Help improve aftersales processes and customer satisfaction
  • Occasional travel to customer sites

What We're Looking For

  • A degree (preferred) or HNC in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
