We're looking for a motivated graduate to join our specialist glass processing team as a Graduate Quality & Environmental Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity to begin a career in quality management, environmental compliance, and product certification within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

On site consultancy support and training for the ISO 9001 and 14001 Management systems with a long-standing partnership relationship as well as senior management in the field of Health & Safety and Maintenance management. Support CE/UKCA compliance, assist with audits, manage documentation, investigate quality issues, and contribute to continuous improvement across the site.

External training will be a requirement for ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) and 14001 Environmental Management Systems (EMS) with essential internal training or GGF training for the glass standards, including BS EN 12150, BS EN 14449, BS EN 12600, and BS EN 14179.

What You'll Do

  • Support quality & environmental system maintenance
  • Assist with internal audits and certification activities
  • Help investigate non-conformities and customer issues
  • Maintain technical files, FPC records and compliance documentation
  • Monitor KPIs and contribute to improvement projects
  • Support waste management and sustainability initiatives
