Position: Tooling Workshop Manager
Location: South Yorkshire, Rotherham

This role will see you taking responsibility for a Tooling Workshop. You will allocate work to the team, ensure that all work is done to the highest quality, maintain the highest standards of health and safety and also ensure continued availability of labour and equipment to manufacture and maintain all production tooling.
From a mechanical engineering background, you will probably be apprentice trained in manufacturing operations, toolmaking or very similar. You will be proficient with processes such as grinding, milling, turning and bench fitting, and will have progressed your career into a supervisory role (Team Leader, Shift Manager, Supervisor etc).
