NicheCom is a leading Property Marketing business seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to oversee an experienced successful team of Photographers, Videographers, and DEAs across East / North London & Middlesex.
The successful candidate will bring experience in estate agency and/or photography, demonstrate strong leadership abilities, and have a proven history of managing teams to achieve operational and delivery excellence. As Area Manager, you will oversee multiple staff, ensuring they uphold company standards while maintaining a positive and supportive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily operations of our highly skilled team across assigned locations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their performance and career growth.
- Implement company policies and procedures consistently across all sites.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational success and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular client site visits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
