NicheCom is a leading Property Marketing business seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to oversee an experienced successful team of Photographers, Videographers, and DEAs across East / North London & Middlesex. The successful candidate will bring experience in estate agency and/or photography, demonstrate strong leadership abilities, and have a proven history of managing teams to achieve operational and delivery excellence. As Area Manager, you will oversee multiple staff, ensuring they uphold company standards while maintaining a positive and supportive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage daily operations of our highly skilled team across assigned locations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their performance and career growth.
  • Implement company policies and procedures consistently across all sites.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular client site visits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans that align with company goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably within the Property / Estate Agency industry.

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in using relevant software applications for reporting and analysis.

  • Flexibility to travel between locations as required.
