A successful and growing B2B sales team is expanding and is looking for confident, resilient individuals to join them as Senior Sales Executives. This is a fast-paced outbound sales role, ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys building relationships and winning new business.
You will receive full training, ongoing support and clear expectations, with realistic targets and a proven commission structure designed to reward consistency and hard work.

Key responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound B2B sales calls to generate new business
- Achieve daily KPIs, including 100 calls and 2.5–3 hours of talk time
- Secure a minimum of 16 new client applications per month by month three
- Guide prospects through onboarding, including credit approval and account setup
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer handover
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up prospects promptly

- Highly resilient, tenacious and hungry to succeed
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Coachable and open to learning, regardless of previous sales experience
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and performance targets
