Our client, an established headhunting firm, is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team. You’ll manage long-standing client relationships and a steady stream of high-quality candidates. With the support of an experienced team and a proven headhunting model, you'll take ownership of a busy desk within a high-growth professional finance market. Based on site at their South Cerney office, this role offers a competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum DOE, with an uncapped commission OTE exceeding £100,000. You’ll also benefit from quarterly and annual incentives, 25 days' holiday, and the chance to join a performance-led, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant:
- Manage and grow an established recruitment desk within the professional financial services sector.
- Engage high-calibre candidates identified by the internal headhunting team.
- Maintain and develop strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate and client experience.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver on urgent and high-value hiring needs.
- Drive performance in a target-driven environment, meeting billing and activity KPIs.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 12 months' experience in a recruitment consultancy role, or a strong account management background.
- Strong client-facing skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Confident and persuasive communication style, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable operating in a competitive, sales-focused environment.
- Highly organised and capable of managing multiple vacancies and candidates simultaneously.
- Understanding of tax recruitment or UK tax sector (desirable but not essential),
