We’re hiring a part-time Operations Administrator in Marshfield, Wiltshire, with a salary of £28–30k FTE (£16.8–18k for 20–25 hrs/week). We’re looking for a proactive, organised Operations Administrator to support our directors and project teams - helping us streamline processes, manage operations, and keep everything running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Supporting directors with business operations and planning
- Managing procurement, fleet records, and day-to-day office logistics
- Overseeing HR admin, onboarding, payroll coordination, and supplier communications
- Contributing to finance admin and helping drive continuous improvement
- Strong admin/operations experience (ideally in a fast-paced setting)
- Top-notch organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft 365 and cloud-based systems
- Experience with HR/payroll processes is a plus
