We’re Hiring: Part-Time Operations Administrator in Marshfield, Wiltshire | £28–30k FTE (£16.8–18k for 20–25 hrs/week)

We’re looking for a proactive, organised Operations Administrator to support our directors and project teams - helping us streamline processes, manage operations, and keep everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting directors with business operations and planning
  • Managing procurement, fleet records, and day-to-day office logistics
  • Overseeing HR admin, onboarding, payroll coordination, and supplier communications
  • Contributing to finance admin and helping drive continuous improvement
