Freixenet Copestick are a major player in the UK drinks market with an extensive portfolio across Still Wine, Sparkling Wine, Beer and Spirits. This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of the next phase of growth.
This newly created position sits at the centre of the Integrated Business Planning function, supporting the optimisation of systems, reporting and processes that drive commercial success. Working closely with colleagues across sales, marketing and operations, the Commercial Insights Executive will analyse complex and often noisy datasets to uncover meaningful trends, support strategic decisionâmaking and contribute to sustainable growth.
The package includes a competitive salary with an annual bonus, hybrid working with three days a week in the Newbury office, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off, as well as a staff discount on wines. This role offers excellent exposure for an ambitious graduate looking to develop a career in commercial analytics, planning or FMCG strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee dayâtoâday CRM system administration, ensuring data quality and effective usage
- Develop reports and dashboards to translate commercial data into actionable insight
- Monitor sales pipelines and campaign performance to support revenue growth
- Collaborate with crossâfunctional teams to enhance processes and reporting clarity
- Support the development of Integrated Business Planning tools and ways of working
- Track key business performance metrics and provide visibility across stakeholders
- Graduate calibre with strong analytical capability and interest in FMCG or commercial roles
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence in handling large, complex datasets
- Ability to interpret imperfect or noisy data and communicate clear recommendations
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills across multiple workstreams
- Confident communicator with a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement
- Exposure to CRM platforms such as Salesforce would be advantageous
