The Role
- Partner with senior leadership to deliver and shape the people strategy

- Lead a small HR function with direct line management of one team member

About You
- Proven experience in an HR Manager or senior generalist role
- Strong UK employment law knowledge with practical application
- Experience working within a growing or evolving business
- Confident managing stakeholders and influencing at all levels
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience
