The Role:

• Lead a 22+ strong admin team via team leads and supervisors
• Support service delivery aligned to NHS/ICB requirements
• Drive admin workflow efficiencies and compliance
• Manage scheduling, onboarding, and clinician rota support
• Use data to identify performance risks and deliver improvements

About You:

• Experienced in healthcare operations (NHS, private or community)
• Knowledgeable on patient pathways and service models
• Proven line manager with team leadership experience
• Skilled in performance data, reporting, and communication
• Experience with SystemOne or surgical workflows (desirable)
