Niche Recruitment is working with a valued client to find a proactive, detail-oriented professional to support their Company Secretary and Board management team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to high-level governance and board operations within a fast-paced, supportive environment.
About the Role:
As Executive Assistant, you will:
- Provide direct support to the Company Secretary and senior stakeholders
- Schedule and arrange Board meetings, including managing attendance and agendas
- Assist in preparing and distributing Board packs, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Manage inboxes and correspondence, flagging urgent matters
- Upload and format meeting papers using the Board portal in line with deadlines and version control protocols
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience working with confidential information in a professional setting
- Strong diary and inbox management skills, with the ability to prioritise under pressure
- Confidence in working independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible, adaptable, and quick-thinking
- Experience in Legal, Governance, or at a Senior EA/PA level is highly desirable
The details:
- Start Date: August
- Duration: 3 months
- Pay: £15 per hour
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am–5pm
- Location: Cirencester (hybrid working available)
