End Point Assessment Manager

A hybrid-based opportunity in Swindon is available for an experienced End Point Assessment Delivery Manager. This pivotal role will see you managing the full lifecycle of EPA delivery across a diverse range of standards, with a primary focus on the digital and IT sectors. You'll be at the forefront of improving quality, efficiency, and service experience, while leading and empowering a high-performing team.

Package:

• Up to £50,000 salary per annum

The Role:

• Manage full EPA delivery lifecycle and ensure regulatory compliance
• Lead and support teams of EPA Coordinators, Assessors and Associates
• Build strong relationships with training providers and stakeholders
• Drive process improvements and implement tech-enabled solutions
• Oversee team development and performance metrics

About You:

• Experience managing End Point Assessments
• Skilled people manager across remote/hybrid teams
• Strong understanding of Ofqual and apprenticeship standards
• Tech-savvy with EPA systems (e.g. ACE360, Insight)
• Effective communicator with a continuous improvement mindset
