Key Responsibilities of the Email Marketing Executive: * Plan and manage email and SMS campaigns to drive engagement and sales. * Collaborate with CRM and campaign teams on segmentation and targeting strategies. * Build, test, and execute communications using the Emarsys platform. * Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and propose enhancements. * Contribute to the development of automated customer lifecycle programmes. * Ensure all digital communications are on-brand and customer-focused. Skills & Experience: * A relevant degree or marketing qualification. * At least 3 years’ experience in retail marketing, with 1+ years in email/SMS/CRM marketing. * Knowledge of data-driven marketing and personalisation techniques. * Strong analytical skills and the ability to present campaign insights effectively. * Familiarity with GDPR, PECR, and data privacy regulations. * Experience with Adobe CC or similar tools is desirable.
