As Digital Marketing Officer, you will play a key role in helping Dementia Carers Count raise awareness, grow support, and deliver impactful campaigns. You’ll manage digital channels, deliver paid campaigns, and help create compelling content that connects with carers, supporters and the wider public. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a small, agile team where your work has real impact, every day.
The role offers a salary of £35,000 FTE, £28,000 pro-rata’d for 28 hours per week. The team work predominantly remotely across the UK and get together to collaborate in-person in the London office. Key responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Officer:- Manage and grow Dementia Carers Count’s presence across digital and social platforms
- Plan and execute paid digital campaigns including Google Grants, driving engagement and income
- Produce compelling, accessible content and assets aligned to campaign objectives
- Monitor trends and social listening tools to shape and refine communications
- Share audience insights with internal teams to inform campaigns and fundraising
- Create opportunities to share lived experiences of dementia carers through storytelling
- Proven experience of creating successful email and social media campaigns to drive awareness, behaviour change and donations, across a range of platforms like YouTube, X, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Demonstrable experience of managing Google Grants accounts and optimising PPC spend
- Strong copywriting skills to develop engaging copy that engages with relevant audiences
- Skilled in using WordPress or similar CMS, and familiar with email marketing tools, such as Mailchimp
- Comfortable analysing digital performance data to shape future strategy
- Experience in a small organisation where you’ve worked flexibly and collaboratively
