- £15 per hour plus holiday pay
- 4-month temporary contract
- Hybrid working – 2 days per week in the Cirencester office
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
The Role
- Support procurement processes including purchase orders and contract administration
- Assist with supplier onboarding and due diligence checks
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with governance requirements
- Act as a first point of contact for supplier and internal queries
- Support reporting and data analysis using Excel and Power BI
About You
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role (procurement, finance or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and Office tools
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with Power BI and advanced Excel would be advantageous
