We're recruiting for an HR Administrator to join the People Regulatory team of a leading financial services organisation in Cirencester.
Supporting the employee lifecycle, you'll help manage regulatory processes, maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance across a range of HR activities.
This is a hybrid role, with two days a week in the office, working 35 hours per week. The assignment is expected to last up to six months and pays £16.00 per hour plus holiday pay.
Key Responsibilities
Support regulatory onboarding, including background checks and documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist with annual certification processes and compliance reporting.
Respond to employee queries via email and Microsoft Teams.
Produce reports and validate data using Microsoft Excel.
Support HR projects, tracking progress and maintaining documentation.
About You
You'll ideally have
Previous experience in HR administration, recruitment, compliance or a similar administrative role.
Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
