Our client, an established wealth management company, is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join their business systems function. This hands-on contract role focuses on providing 2nd and 3rd line support for a suite of production-level applications that underpin core operations including client onboarding, partner data and management reporting. You will work alongside collaborative support teams to ensure these systems run smoothly, securely and with maximum availability.
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
Six-month contract
£20 per hour plus holiday pay
Mid-February start date
Key Responsibilities- Provide 2nd and 3rd line application support for business-critical systems
- Investigate, diagnose and resolve incidents within SLA targets
- Use SQL and existing scripts to analyse data issues and system behaviour
- Work closely with internal technology teams to upscale or resolve complex issues
- Support high availability and performance of production systems
- Share knowledge and contribute to a strong support team culture
- Proven experience in 2nd or 3rd line application support
- Strong SQL knowledge with confidence in querying and validating data
- Experience supporting data-driven, business-critical applications
- Comfortable working within an SLA-driven support environment
- Salesforce platform support experience is desirable
- Exposure to AWS or other cloud-hosted environments is advantageous
