Job Description

Are you ready to take the lead in driving digital transformation?

We’re looking for a Digital Category Manager to join a dynamic procurement team at the heart of a major transformation journey.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage end-to-end sourcing across IT services including cyber, telecoms and networks
  • Shape and influence digital procurement strategy
  • Lead complex negotiations with suppliers (up to £100m value)
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver commercial impact

What’s on offer:

  • Salary up to £60,000 plus 10% bonus
  • Hybrid working, with 2–3 days per week in Reading
  • Excellent benefits including a contributory pension (up to 12%), 26 days’ holiday (rising to 30), annual medical assessments and access to a comprehensive wellbeing platform
