An established business in Wiltshire is looking to expand its outbound sales capability with the appointment of both an Outbound Telesales Team Leader and an Outbound Telesales Executive. Focused on driving new business growth within the manufacturing and engineering sectors, these roles will play a vital part in generating qualified opportunities, re-engaging lapsed customers and supporting a growing field-based sales team. The business has ambitious growth plans and is looking for driven individuals who can bring energy, resilience and structure to a developing outbound sales function. The opportunity to grow the team further is already part of the long-term strategy.
Based full-time in Calne, these permanent office-based roles offer a salary of £27,500 – £35,000 for the Team Leader position, dependent on experience, alongside a commission structure linked to appointments generated and converted sales. Commission is capped at 10% of salary. The business offers full product training, pension contributions and holiday allowance, with future progression opportunities as the outbound sales team expands.
