Niche Recruitment is looking for a commercially minded, people-focused Centre Manager to lead a busy business centre in Chippenham. This is a hands-on leadership role where customer experience, commercial performance and community all matter. You’ll lead the team, drive occupancy and revenue, build relationships with customers and local businesses, and make sure the centre is a place businesses genuinely want to be.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and developing the centre team
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Driving occupancy, sales and revenue
