Due to continued expansion, they are looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to help generate new business, build strong client relationships, and contribute to their ongoing success.
The Role As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities while developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers across your territory.
Key Responsibilities Attend customer meetings and convert qualified opportunities into sales
Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold outreach and inbound enquiries
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using the CRM system
Develop long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Work closely with the Sales Manager and telemarketing team to maximise opportunities and achieve targets
About You We're looking for a motivated sales professional with a passion for winning new business and exceeding targets.
You'll ideally have:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Business Development Manager, Field Sales or similar role
A proven track record of achieving sales targets and winning new business
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
A self-motivated, organised and results-driven approach
