Are you someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships and helping clients get the very best service?
We're recruiting for an Internal Account Manager to join a leading UK provider of commercial window cleaning services. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage an existing portfolio of customers, focusing on customer retention, renewals, account growth and outstanding customer service .
What you'll be doing: Managing existing customer accounts.
Building long-term relationships to improve customer relationships.
Handling contract renewals and supporting the customer service team
Speaking with customers regularly to ensure they're happy with the service.
Using HubSpot CRM to manage customer information and activity.
Working closely with internal teams to deliver a great customer experience.
What we're looking for: Experience in sales admin, Internal Sales, Customer Success or Business Development.
Someone who enjoys talking to customers and building lasting relationships.
A proactive, organised approach and good IT skills.
