A fantastic opportunity for an experienced an outbound telesales executive to join a fast-growing business and join a high-volume outbound sales team. This role suits someone who is target-driven , confident, money hurgry and motivated by results.
You will make outbound sales calls to B2B customers making appointments for the field sales team to attend.This is a fast-paced, sales-focused environment with excellent earning potential and clear career progression.
The Role Outbound B2B telesales using a predictive dialler
Speaking with business owners and decision-makers
Generating interest and booking qualified appointments
Working to daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
Building a strong pipeline and maintaining accurate CRM records
What You'll Bring Proven outbound telesales or telemarketing experience
Confidence handling objections and closing conversations
Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
Resilience, competitiveness and self-motivation
A track record of hitting targets in high-volume sales environments
