This is a fantastic opportunity to manage an existing portfolio of customers, focusing on customer retention, renewals, account growth and outstanding customer service .
What you'll be doing: Managing existing customer accounts.
Building long-term relationships to improve customer relationships.
Handling contract renewals and supporting the customer service team Speaking with customers regularly to ensure they're happy with the service.
Using Hub Spot CRM to manage customer information and activity.
