£50,000 Basic + Uncapped OTE £120,000+

Are you an experienced BDM with excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills?

Our client is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive new business across Edinburgh, Glasgow and the surrounding areas.

The Role

• Attend pre-qualified, pre-booked appointments
• Build strong relationships with prospective customers
• Identify customer needs and present solutions
• Handle objections and negotiate effectively
• Close new business and secure contracts
• Manage your pipeline and achieve sales targets

No cold calling or appointment setting the appointments are provided.

About You

• Proven B2B Business Development / BDM experience
• Strong sales and closing track record
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven, motivated and commercially focused
• Confident working independently
• Full UK driving licence

The Package

• £50,000 basic salary
• Uncapped commission £120,000+ OTE
