About the Role
Our client, a growing nationwide service provider, is looking for a driven and customer-focused Internal Account Manager to join their Newcastle team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving account growth and retentions, whilst delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
What Youll Be Doing
- Managing and growing an existing customer portfolio
- Driving customer retention, renewals, and revenue growth
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Building strong customer relationships via phone and email
- Using CRM systems to manage pipelines and customer activity
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service
