Field Sales Executive North East £32,000 basic + commissions My client is going through unprecedented growth. As one of the most successful energy companies in the UK there, is no limits to what they will achieve. To grow their field sales team, they are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join them in the North east location to help them develop within their B2C and also business customers. What will you be doing? Working in the field daily, speaking with consumers and business owners Overcoming objections Generating new business by cold calling and referrals Maintaining good business relationships with new customers. Close a sale Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge. What does the ideal candidate have? A competitive spirit and a passion for selling. Initiative, enthusiasm and self-motivation. Solid experience in a B2C or B2B sales environment working in the field Excellent communication, inter-personal and negotiation skills. Be able to work under pressure during visits to customers A full driving licence What can you expect from us? In return they will offer you a basic salary of £32,000 plus uncapped commission, with estimated OTE earnings of £65,000 per annum realistic, company car or allowance.
