We are recruiting a results-driven Telesales Team Manager / Outbound Sales Manager to lead a high-volume outbound telemarketing team. This is a remote sales management role for a leader who thrives in a target-driven, KPI-led environment.
You will manage 15 outbound telesales advisors, driving call activity, conversion rates, and revenue performance in a fast-paced sales operation.
