We're looking for an experienced Telemarketing Team Manager to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing remote telesales team. Your key responsibilities:
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of approximately 16 Telemarketing Advisors
- Drive performance to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Monitor productivity and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, qualified leads
- Maintain the quality of all appointments booked for field sales representatives
- Deliver regular 1-2-1 coaching sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process and an excellent customer experience
