About the Role

Our client, a growing nationwide service provider, is looking for a driven and customer-focused Internal Account Manager to join their Newcastle team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving account growth and retentions, whilst delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and growing an existing customer portfolio
  • Driving customer retention, renewals, and revenue growth
  • Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Building strong customer relationships via phone and email
  • Using CRM systems to manage pipelines and customer activity
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service
