Are you an experienced Field Sales Executive, Business Development Manager (BDM), Territory Sales Executive or New Business Sales Executive looking for your next high-earning opportunity? My client is one of the UK's fastest-growing providers of business telecoms and energy solutions and is looking to recruit ambitious B2B Field Sales professionals across Newcastle upon Tyne and the surrounding areas.
This is a field-based, new business role where you'll be responsible for developing your own territory, generating new business opportunities, meeting SME decision-makers face-to-face and closing profitable sales. If you thrive on cold calling, prospecting and winning new business, this role offers exceptional earning potential and genuine career progression.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business through proactive B2B cold calling and field prospecting
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline from lead generation through to close
- Attend face-to-face appointments with SME business owners and decision-makers across Newcastle and surrounding areas
- Sell market-leading telecoms and energy solutions
- Develop long-term relationships with new business customers
- Consistently exceed sales targets and maximise uncapped commission
- Manage your own designated sales territory
- Proven experience in B2B Sales, Field Sales, Business Development, Area Sales, Territory Sales, Direct Sales or New Business Development
- Strong cold calling, prospecting and lead generation experience
- Experience selling to SMEs is highly desirable
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and closing skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven and resilient
- Hunter mentality with a passion for winning new business
- Full UK Driving Licence
