Customer Account Management My client is seeking a sales-driven Inside Account Manager to manage and grow customer accounts, deliver excellent service and maximise revenue opportunities. If you enjoy internal sales, upselling and building strong client relationships, this role offers stability, progression and a supportive team environment.
The Role
Manage and grow existing customer accounts Handle inbound enquiries and deliver great customer service Upsell products and services to increase revenue Coordinate bookings with operations Maintain accurate CRM records Build long-term relationships and drive repeat business What You'll Bring Internal sales or account management experience Confidence upselling and converting opportunities Strong customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Proactive, commercially aware mindset What You Get £28,000 basic + £2,000 commission potential Supportive, high-energy internal sales team Clear progression routes Full training and long-term stability Company benefits including:
