Location: Southampton & Surrounding Areas
Salary: Competitive Basic + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE £75,000+)

Were recruiting on behalf of a market-leading company thats growing its field sales team in the Southampton area. If you\’re motivated by results and want to focus on closing sales (not chasing leads), this role could be exactly what you\’re looking for.

What youll be doing:

• Attending fully qualified, pre-booked appointments no cold calling

• Converting meetings into signed sales agreements

• Spotting upsell or referral opportunities while in the field

• Managing your own sales pipeline and hitting daily/weekly targets

• Focusing purely on new business no account management

What were looking for:

• Proven track record in B2B or B2C field sales

• Strong closing ability and a process you trust

• Highly self-motivated and results-driven

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to plan your day and manage a pipeline independently
