Salary: £35,000 Base + Uncapped OTE £55,000+

Were working with an exciting, fast-growing Print, IT & Communications company in Alderley who are looking for a confident and results-driven Business Development Manager (Telesales) to join their close-knit team.

What youll be doing:

• Making 80+ outbound calls a day, connecting with business decision-makers
• Booking 10+ quality appointments every week
• Following up with emails and social media to lock in meetings
• Keeping your sales pipeline organised and up to date using CRM
• Working closely with your sales colleagues to make the most of every opportunity

Who you are:

• Youve got proven telesales and BDM experience (B2B or B2C) and a solid sales track record
• Youre a confident communicator who builds rapport quickly
• Youre comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
• Youre organised, self-motivated, and love hitting targets
