The Role: You are the calm, steady lead on shift. You will:
- Lead and structure shifts with confidence
- Support and supervise staff
- Embed trauma-informed practice
- Oversee care plans and safeguarding
- Work closely with the Registered Manager
- Maintain Ofsted-ready standards
This is real leadership - not just senior cover.
You Must Have:
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (essential)
- Experience in a residential children’s home
- Strong safeguarding knowledge
- Full UK driving licence
