Accredited Transformation Consultant & Partner,

you\’ll operate as an entrepreneur within a next-generation consulting group.

You\’ll have the freedom to build your own client base, supported by award-winning talent analytics technology, AI-driven insight, and a network of senior partners already delivering transformation across global organisations like HSBC, UBS, Citi, and BlackRock.

This is not a job. This is a commercial partnership for senior executives

(typically with 15+ years experience), who have led transformation, built high-performing teams, and now want to monetise that expertise independently – without starting from scratch.

Is this you?

You\’re an experienced transformation leader, independent consultant, or fractional executive with a minimum of 15 years in Financial Services, FinTech, or IT, who\’s:

• Stepped out of corporate life and wants to build something of your own — without starting from zero.
• Excited by the impact of AI, culture, and organisational design on business performance.
• Entrepreneurial, commercially minded, and confident working directly with C-suite leaders and boards.
• Motivated by the idea of owning your personal P&L, earning £300k–£1M+, and shaping your own portfolio career.
• Someone who wants the freedom of independence with the strength of a proven brand, data platform, and network behind you.

If you\’ve held Director-level or above roles in a recognised consultancy, or as a senior executive in a major FS, FinTech or IT organisation, you\’re likely to be the calibre we\’re looking for.

What you\’ll do

As an Accredited Implementation Partner, you\’ll:

• Lead high-impact transformation engagements with your own clients and those introduced by Nicer.
• Use Nicer\’s proprietary talent analytics platform to deliver deep organisational insight — revealing workforce capabilities, cultural dynamics, and AI-driven future-state modelling.
• Advise leadership teams on how to re-design their organisations for the era of AI.
• Collaborate with other Partners to deliver large-scale change programmes or lead solo transformation engagements.
• Operate as a senior-level advisor — without armies of juniors or bureaucracy — delivering clarity, pace, and tangible outcomes.
