We are looking for an organised and proactive Programme Coordinator to support the delivery of our Experienced Worker Assessment programme.
The Experienced Worker Assessment, or EWA, route enables experienced electricians to demonstrate their occupational competence and work towards recognised industry qualifications.
In this role, you will coordinate the administration, candidate progression, communications, reporting and operational delivery of the programme.
You will support candidates throughout the full learner journey, from initial application and eligibility review through to portfolio completion, final claim and progression to AM2E or AM2ED.
Working closely with EWA Assessors and teams across Certsure, you will ensure candidate records, assessment bookings, evidence, communications and programme reports remain accurate, up to date and compliant.
What you will be doing Coordinate the day-to-day administration and operational delivery of the EWA programme.
Act as a key point of contact for candidates, providing clear and professional support throughout their journey.
Support candidate applications, Skills Scan submissions, eligibility reviews and EWA Entry Test administration, where required.
Coordinate Recognition of Prior Learning administration by capturing candidates’ existing qualifications, experience and evidence.
Maintain accurate candidate records, milestones, deadlines, assessment activity and audit information across systems including Salesforce, Learning Assistant and Excel.
Monitor candidate progress and identify outstanding evidence, overdue actions, missing documentation, non-engagement and risks to completion.
Follow up with candidates and escalate concerns where appropriate.
