NICE is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Application and Technical Trainer to join our Compliance Line of Business (LOB). As a trainer, you will play a critical role in enabling our customers, partners, and internal teams to effectively use NICE’s Compliance products through high-quality technical training.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging virtual technical training sessions on NICE Compliance products to customers, partners, and employees.
- Emphasize the business value and technical features of NICE solutions, including installation, configuration, usage, and troubleshooting.
- Prepare, configure, and manage training environments and labs.
- Continuously maintain expert-level knowledge of NICE Compliance solutions and quickly adopt new products and features.
- Develop high-quality training materials in multiple formats to support diverse learning needs.
- Utilize effective training methodologies to create impactful learning experiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with SMEs, consultants, and project managers to align training with product updates.
- Adhere to administrative and operational training processes and standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–4 years’ experience as a Product Trainer or Corporate Trainer in a technology company (experience with SaaS or CX platforms is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
- Technical understanding of NICE products, especially Trading Floor solutions (e.g., NTR/NTR-X), is an advantage.
- Experience with on-premise and cloud-based environments.
- Proficiency in two or more of the following areas: Microsoft Windows Server OS, Telecom systems (ACD/PBX).
- Experience delivering virtual technical/application training.
- Familiarity with eLearning tools is a plus.
- Prior background in support, software, or field engineering is an advantage.
- Ability to self-learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive, professional attitude with a passion for learning and teaching.
- Ability to work across time zones (primarily US and EMEA).
- Additional languages are a plus.
