The EMEA Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Partner is a hybrid role that blends sourcing leadership at scale with end‑to‑end recruitment ownership. This role serves as a dedicated sourcing partner for NICE EMEA, supporting a broad range of roles and acting as a key enablement resource for the Talent Acquisition Partners (TAPs) team. You will lead proactive sourcing efforts, build deep talent pipelines, conduct market mapping, and help elevate sourcing capabilities and outcomes across the region. The role carries full end‑to‑end recruitment responsibility for assigned roles, including intake, stakeholder partnership, proactive sourcing, candidate assessment, and process management. You will operate as the primary hiring partner, owning outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience and hiring quality. This role is ideal for a recruiter who is energized by hands‑on sourcing, thrives in partnership, and takes clear ownership—someone who can operate both in service of the broader TA team and as a standalone recruiting owner.

How will you make an impact?

  • Lead proactive sourcing across a variety of roles in NICE EMEA.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to support sourcing for their requisitions.
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct market mapping and talent research to inform hiring strategies.
  • Apply advanced search methodologies across multiple sourcing platforms.
  • Identify new, creative, and underutilized sourcing channels and approaches.
  • Share sourcing insights, best practices, and talent intelligence with the TA team.

End‑to‑End Talent Acquisition Ownership

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, from intake through offer and close.
  • Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure an exceptional, consistent candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Use data and insights to drive effective decision‑making and continuous improvement.

Have you got what it takes?

  • 3+ years of in‑house recruiting experience in a tech, software, or high‑growth environment.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with proactive sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter and AI advanced search techniques required).
  • Proven ability to identify, engage, and assess high‑quality talent.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized, data‑driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

You will have an advantage if you also have:

  • Experience working in a global organization.
  • ATS experience (Greenhouse – advantage).
