We are looking for a London based Recruiting Partner for the EMEA region. This is an amazing opportunity for a passionate Talent Acquisition professional to take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, drive talent strategy, and attract top candidates—primarily for our CCaaS Sales and Professional Services teams. While the focus is on the UK, the role also includes hiring support for other EMEA markets.

The TA Partner is part of the International Human Resources team, reports to the Director of International Talent Acquisition and works in full partnership with the business. Most importantly, they will be accountable for attracting the very best talent to continue building a winning company.

How will you make an impact?

  • Owning and leading the end-to-end recruiting process, leading NICE Talent Acquisition agenda and best practices.
  • Maintaining relationships with candidates and being the face of the company, ensuring a top-notch candidate experience.
  • Leading sourcing strategy. Proactively source talent and continuously enhance and diversify sourcing methods.
  • Establishing strong working relationships with EMEA senior leaders, hiring managers, International HR and the recruiting team.
  • Working on recruiting initiatives and helping embed these into the business, such as social media and network events; internal mobility and employee referral campaigns, interview techniques and candidate experience.

This position will be based in our QVS (London) office and will work according to our NICE-FLEX model which comprises 2 days of office-based work each week and 3 days of remote work.
