We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Leader to lead and grow our Public Safety and Justice sales business across the UK and Western Europe. This role will be based out of our London sales office and will focus on expanding our footprint within police services, emergency communications centers, fire departments, and ambulance services.
The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in complex, mission-critical solution sales to government and public sector customers, with a proven ability to build high-performing sales teams, drive predictable revenue growth, and establish trusted executive-level relationships across public safety organizations.
How will you make an impact?
- Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Own and execute the regional sales strategy for Public Safety and Justice across the UK and Western Europe.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of enterprise sales professionals, fostering a high-performance, accountability-driven culture.
- Set and manage sales targets, forecasts, and pipeline health to ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals.
- Drive disciplined sales execution aligned with company methodologies and best practices.
- Customer & Market Engagement
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders within police forces, emergency communications centers, fire and rescue services, and ambulance services.
- Act as an executive sponsor for key strategic accounts, supporting large-scale, multi-year opportunities.
- Maintain a strong understanding of public safety operational challenges, regulatory environments, and procurement frameworks across the region.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer forums.
- Business Development & Growth
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, including greenfield accounts and expansion within existing customers.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, solution consulting, and product teams to tailor value propositions for regional needs.
- Guide complex RFP and tender processes, ensuring competitive, compliant, and compelling proposals.
- Monitor competitive landscape and provide market intelligence to inform product and go-to-market strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with customer success, professional services, and support teams to ensure smooth handover from sale to delivery.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention by aligning expectations throughout the sales cycle.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on performance, risks, and growth opportunities.
Have you got what it takes?
- Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in enterprise or public sector technology sales, including senior sales leadership roles.
- Strong track record of selling complex software or technology solutions to public safety, justice, or broader government customers.
- Demonstrated success leading geographically dispersed sales teams and managing significant revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of public sector procurement processes, frameworks, and tendering across the UK and Western Europe.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive-level relationship-building skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the UK and Western Europe.
You will have an advantage if you also have:
- Experience selling mission-critical or regulated solutions (e.g., communications, analytics, evidence management, incident response, or command and control platforms).
- Existing network and relationships within police, emergency services, or justice agencies.
- Experience working in a matrixed, international organization.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; advanced degree is a plus.
